Business Development / technical Director.
Trussnet Limited requires an accomplished telecommunication Engineer with a well developed technical knowledge of telecommunications industry, who is also a skilled communicator, with excellent presentation, negotiation and interpretation skills at all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible to CEO (Chief Executive Officer), External Relationship (Telecmmunications Service and Infrastructural providers) & Internal Relationships (Senior Management Team)
SALARY: 35,000 USD - 40,000 USD Job Type: 12 Months contract.

Position Responsibilities
- Overseeing all projects from initial inspection to siteacceptance and sign off.
- General and development of both in-bound and out-bound new business opportunities. Negotiating new income for Trussnet Limited
- Presenting Trussnet to potential clients and representing the organisation at industry events and trade shows.
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Keeping abrest of issues affecting the industry and collecting competition intelligence.
- Plan and direct all organisations activities to achieve stated / agreed targets and standards for project performance.
- Instucting all project and site engineers.
Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related equivalent.
- Must posses at least 5years of experience in Civil Site Build and BTS / Microwave Equipment Installation
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with associated deadlines.
- Ability to work with a Geographically distributed team
- Excellent wriiten and verbal communication skills.
